Has my order shipped?

As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email to confirm it is on track. Furthermore you will be informed of the approximate delivery time.

I have received a defective product

We want all our customers receive high quality products, so if you think there is some defect in the item you received, please let us know immediately by contacting our Customer Service team on oficina@begonacervera.com

Our goal is to solve any problem related to a defective item as soon as possible. However we need to communicate as soon as you discover the defect to solve your problem.

Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the merchandise offer thus a suitable alternative for your problem.

I received the wrong product

If you received an incorrect item in your order, please let us know immediately by contacting our customer service team in oficina@begonacervera.com.

This service is responsible for solving it in the shortest possible time.

Missing a product in my order

Sometimes we do not send everything you’ve ordered in one delivery (eg temporary lack of stock), so first we ask you to check your emails -the warning commodity-shipping to see if some of your items are shipped separately you.

If your order has been shipped separately, delivery note items shipped consist only in that part of your order.

Please check the delivery notes of each part of your order to make sure nothing is missing.

Exchanges and returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items in their original condition and packaging within 10 days of receipt and we will issue the refund. Note that we can not make changes in size and color, so if you need to change an article on the other, we’ll refund for your order and you can make a new purchase online.

Pick up at your door in your house or office
Price: 12 € in Peninsula *

Premium service do not have to move. Just contact Customer: RETURN oficina@begonacervera.com putting in issue and a messenger will come to your home or your workplace in the time slot agreed with our customer service department.

Any refund will be issued automatically to the card used to make the original purchase or Paypal account and the timeframe for the charge appears on the card is between 5 and 10 days after the refund is confirmed.

Standard shipping

Standard Shipping in the mainland will be delivered within a maximum period of 7 working days. For more information on the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla consultation Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla section.

Standard shipping cost is FREE to the peninsula. Your order will be sent through our local operator in most cases. Your order will be delivered anytime between 8 am and 8 pm Monday through Friday (except holidays). acknowledgment signature is needed upon delivery or delivery note.

If you are not in your home to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a notice board and a second attempt will be made the next business day. If both the 1st and 2nd delivery attempt will not find in your home, our carrier will set a new delivery attempt by offering two options:

  1. New date and delivery address.
  2. Indication of a collection point at the nearest office of the carrier.

Unfortunately we are unable to make deliveries on holidays. In this case, please wait your delivery the next business day.

Shipments to member countries of the European Union have a cost of 19 € for USA and Canada and a cost of 26 €. Other destinations consult shipping mode.

Express delivery (only Spain)

The express shipments in mainland Spain made within 3 business days after placing your order (excluding weekends). Note that delivery times for the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are usually larger. Express shipping cost is € 12.

Shipments to the Islas Baleares, Islas Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla

For orders shipped to these communities located outside the mainland, it is important to consider the following terms of delivery:

The price of this service is € 19.90 in the form of standard delivery via our local operator, being delivered within 7 working days. If you want the Express mode, delivery will be made within 2-3 working days, it costs € 24.95

Note that the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not part of the customs territory of the EU, so that shipments are subject to taxes and / or tariffs. In most cases, the fees are charged at the time of delivery of the package, though you may receive a notice asking you personally email you head to pay the fee in order to receive your package.

The amount of fees will vary according to the package weight. For more information, we recommend that you contact your local post office.

Will I have to pay customs and import tariffs?

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and we can not tell what the cost, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

We suggest that in case of doubt you contact your local customs office for current charges before ordering, so do not be surprised by unexpected charges.

Do you deliver to business addresses?

We can delivery to your home address or your workplace. If you want your delivery gets you to the office, you have to make sure someone will be there to receive the goods because the carrier will deliver “on the spot”, but not necessarily to the addressee.
